YOUR HTR HOME PRESENTATION

A Home Presentation, or "Listing Presentation," is an industry term for the formal presentation that a REALTOR® makes to prospective home sellers, trying to earn their trust and business. Don't list your home with a real estate agent without it! I look forward to making such a presentation to you.

I will visit your home, and together we will walk through it, considering the positives and negatives (if any). You will then see exactly how I would propose to sell your home, for as much as the market will bear, and within your timeframe. I will show examples to you of how I will advertise your home, both in print and on the web. With the dramatic growth in home-buyer usage of the web, you MUST have a REALTOR® who knows how to effectively market your home online.

I will assist you in discovering how much your home is worth through a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). I will compare your home to others like it in your area that have recently sold, and also to others that are currently for sale. This is very important tool for you to use to determine a fair List Price for your home.
