Sold is defined as having received an offer within 5% of the listed price. 2. Pricing is determined by the 3X3x3 formula for 3 properties within 3 Blocks of your home in the past 3 months. 3. To qualify for this guarantee, sign up today for a 6 month Exclusive Listing Agreement, and property must be listed for $100,000 or more. That is about as simple as it gets.
